Virtual sleep options provide patients with the convenience and flexibility of connecting with a sleep physician from the comfort of their own home. These options may include virtual consultations, home sleep studies, and follow-up appointments, allowing you to access quality care without the need for in-person visits.  There is an option using your medical insurance and an option without it.  Some insurances like Medicare require that you use the insurance option.  You are always free to open the conversation with you primary care provider or see an ENT specialist or pulmonologist locally.  Never hesitate to reach out with questions if you have them!
